THE WORLD OF ASTON MARTIN FROM NICHOLAS MEE & CO
Welcome to Issue 30 of FullBore magazine from Nicholas Mee & Co. Filled with high octane content this new Autumn/Winter edition of our E-magazine includes a variety of articles, from a DB5 model guide to a look back on the Lagonda concept LUV.
Take a dive into the history, model range, current values, servicing and restoration costs of Aston Martin’s most iconic car – all you need to know about 007’s favourite Aston Martin in our FullBore article. Also in this issue we consider a unique DB4 with the most amazing provenance – once owned by Tadek Marek – coming to be known as the ‘Engineer’s Aston Martin’.
Of course our annual Market Review is back and following the overwhelming positive reception received by our end-of-year video in 2020, the band re-formed at the close of 2021, this time with two new members. Once again, we took our experts, with strong opinions on the classic car world in general and Astons in particular, and let the cameras roll.
The live events scene was back in business this year, after so many of our favourite motoring events were cancelled or postponed in 2020. We take a look at some of the highlights of one of the happiest aspects of 2021 – meeting friends and talking cars at gatherings big and small – and list dates for the Ten-Two Club in 2022.
Of course, FullBore Issue 30 would not be complete without showcasing our current selection of Aston Martin motor cars, and don’t worry, despite a bumper year for sales of modern and classic Astons, we still have a more than good selection to tempt you. (Here)
