Job Title: Luxury Vehicle Transporter Driver
Location: Hertfordshire (Base)
Position: Full-Time, 40 Hours/Week (Flexible)

About the Role

Join our highly experienced team handling the world's finest automobiles. You will manage the secure collection and delivery of classic and modern Aston Martins, alongside other rare classic, prestige and luxury vehicles. This position primarily covers UK routes and offers high variety and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transport high-value, luxury vehicles safely across the UK.
  • Provide an exceptional, client-facing collection and delivery experience.
  • Conduct meticulous vehicle inspections and handover documentation.
  • Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality for high-profile clients.
  • Ensure the Brian James Covered 3.5 tonne transporter and Toyota Hi-Lux towing vehicle rig is immaculate and mechanically sound.
  • In conjunction with our Transport Manager, plan efficient routes to meet delivery deadlines while complying with driving regulations

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven track record in commercial luxury vehicle transportation
  • Licences: Valid, clean C1 licence with up-to-date CPC (as applicable). Valid Driver's Card and Tachograph experience
  • Standards: Immaculate personal presentation and professional demeanour.
  • Skills: Strong technical vehicle competence and sharp problem-solving skills.
  • Attributes: High reliability, independence, and absolute discretion.

Trim & Upholstery Specialist


Due to the continued success of our Trim & Upholstery department, located at our award winning Essendonbury Farm premises, on the historic Hatfield Park Estate in Hertfordshire, a rare and exciting opportunity now presents itself to join the team in the role of Trim & Upholstery Specialist.

Our in house, fully equipped Trim & Upholstery department provides all aspects of interior trim refurbishment and restoration including carpets, leather / vinyl, convertible hoods, personalisation and customisation etc. Whilst we are primarily known for our involvement with the Aston Martin marque, we also work with many other brands, such as Jaguar, Porsche and Ferrari.

We are now seeking to recruit a part trained or apprentice candidate, or a candidate with comparable experience in another industry role. Working alongside and under the guidance of our highly experienced Trim & Upholstery Manager, the successful candidate will benefit from further training and guidance.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be involved in all interior trim of Aston Martin cars (and cars from other prestige marques, from time to time) from the 1950's to the present day. We regularly care for some of the rarest and most desirable cars from Aston Martin's history.

VEHICLE TECHNICIAN


Due to the continued success of our Service & Aftercare department, located at our award winning Essendonbury Farm premises, on the historic Hatfield Park Estate in Hertfordshire, we now have an exciting opportunity to join the team in the role of Vehicle Technician.

Nicholas Mee & Company is seeking to recruit an experienced automotive technician to join their successful Service & Aftercare department. The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate experience within a prestige / sports car or classic car workshop environment, either within a franchised dealer or a successful independent.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of servicing, diagnostics, maintenance and restoration of Aston Martin cars (and cars from other prestige marques, from time to time) from the 1950's to the present day. We regularly care for some of the rarest and most desirable cars from Aston Martin's history.

We would be pleased to receive applications for the role from Technicians with existing experience with Heritage vehicles (pre 1990's) or New Era vehicles (1990's onwards) or experience across all era's of vehicles. Work can be allocated accordingly and training and guidance provided where further knowledge is required.

Experience within the Aston Martin marque is preferable but not essential; rather we are seeking the right individual with an outstanding work ethic, initiative, attention to detail, commitment and to approach the role with enthusiasm and discipline.
