NICHOLAS MEE - MANAGING DIRECTOR


Having started out in the motor trade in 1969, Nicholas joined Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd in 1976 and progressed to being a key member of the company’s management team. Having left Aston Martin in 1991 he went on to form Nicholas Mee & Company Ltd in South Kensington, London before expanding the business into its current location. Apart from his business, Nick’s other interests include tennis, motorsport, cinema and reading.

NEAL GARRARD - COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR


In addition to previously working for the BAR Honda F1 Team, Neal also enjoyed a stint as Commercial Manager at Aston Martin Racing, where he was involved in the commercial activities of the successful ‘works’ team and sales of the DBR9 and DBRS9 GT racing cars. Having joined Nicholas Mee & Co in 2008, Neal is responsible for the commercial operations of the company. Passionate about all sports, Neal particularly enjoys motorsport, golf and cycling.


SALES & ADMINISTRATION

ED BARTON-HILTON - SALES & MARKETING MANAGER


After completing his degree in Automotive Design, Ed worked for Volkswagen Group UK before his lifelong passion and association with Aston Martins lead him to Nicholas Mee & Co in 2011 to launch the company's new Brackenbury House showrooms. Ed is responsible for the purchase and sales of vehicles, also giving focus to NMC's marketing and media operations. Outside of work Edward enjoys motorsport, skiing and rugby.

CARY PATEL - OPERATIONS & FINANCE MANAGER


Cary has a wealth of motor trade experience as a dealership accountant within the VW franchised dealer environment and is now the back office engine that keeps Nicholas Mee & Company running, having responsibility for all Finance and HR functions. Outside of work Cary relishes time with family, walking, reading and escaping to her native West Country home when time allows.

ANDREA DAVIES - FINANCE & HR ASSISTANT


With an extensive background in finance, Andrea joins our team assisting our Finance & HR operations. Having previously come from a construction and legal background, Andrea is excited to be entering the motoring world being a huge fan of Moto GP. Andrea is also a keen cyclist, fitness guru and enjoys attending live music concerts.

MARIE ENRIGHT - RECEPTIONIST & EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT


With 10 years ‘front-of-house’ at an Aston Martin main dealer, Marie joins us as Receptionist & Executive Assistance to help keep us all in order. Most likely to be the first voice on the phone or the first face your see, Marie is guaranteed to give you a warm welcome and a superb cup of freshly brewed coffee! Away from work, Marie enjoys spending time with her family, catching up with friends and has a love for travel.



SERVICE & AFTERCARE

CHRIS GREEN - SERVICE & AFTERCARE MANAGER


Since leaving school, Chris has held just about every position in service and aftersales having trained as Rolls Royce and Bentley apprentice, working his way through the ranks to head up our Workshop operations. Chris’ experience spans across many marques and include technical roles, service advisory roles and 18 years on Aston Martins, 10 of which were served at Aston Martin Works. Chris likes to spend his time away from the workshop in the great outdoors hiking, fishing, golf and following motorsport.

DAVID WILLOUGHBY - SERVICE & AFTERCARE ADVISOR


David joins the Service & Aftercare department at our new Essendonbury Farm premises in the role of Service Advisor having enjoyed a successful career to date in the motor trade where he has considerable experience of both Parts and Service operations, including a spending a number of years in Canada at a busy and successful commercial vehicle supplier. Outside work, cars and motorsport are of great interest and David now has a space to fill in his garage having recently sold his MGB!

ANDREW WELLER - LEAD TECHNICIAN


Andrew is equipped with over 15 years experience on Aston Martins, during which time he has attended an intensive programme of factory courses leading to membership of the Aston Martin Technicians Guild and membership of the Aston Martin Automotive Technician Accreditation programme at diagnostic technician level. Andrew leads our servicing operations, acting as a liaison between technicians and the administration team. Andrew's hobbies include time trialling, mountain biking, fly fishing, and piano playing.


ROY WILLIS - SENIOR TECHNICIAN


With much experience on both Aston Martin and Jaguar models, our Senior Technician Roy, specialises in all aspects of mechanical work with particular emphasis on restoration and problem solving. Roy was also a key member of the Nicholas Mee Racing team. Away from the workshop his interests include football, water skiing, boats and Aston Martin V8s.


PAUL SUSSEX - TECHNICIAN


Having trained as an Aston Martin technician with a main dealer in the 1990s, Paul is our in-house expert when it comes to ‘modern’ Astons and is a member of the Aston Martin Technicians Guild. From the DB7 onwards Paul is encyclopaedic with his knowledge and has a particular skill for fault finding and road testing. When he’s not behind the wheel, Paul is behind the handlebars of his bicycle, walking and enjoying time with his family.

ARI MUSTOLA - TECHNICIAN


Joining us from his native Finland, Ari has a huge passion for all British cars, specifically Aston Martins. His experience extends far and wide from BWM, Volvo, Jaguar and Land Rover. Away from the workshop, he is often found attending endurance motorsport events, working on his own cars or socialising with friends.

SAM ELLIS - TECHNICIAN


Deeply passionate on all things Aston Martin, Sam joins the team as Technician with years of experience on the brand. His broad and detailed knowledge comes in handy for his role as Senior AMOC Concours Judge; the youngest to ever take up the role. When he is eventually prised away from Astons, Sam enjoys his time travelling, taking his golf bats and fishing sticks wherever he goes.

BEN ASHTON - APPRENTICE TECHNICIAN


Following a thorough Apprentice recruitment process in 2018, Ben was selected and now embarks on a three year apprenticeship programme in Classic Car maintenance, run in conjunction with the Heritage Skills Academy at Bicester Heritage. Outside of work and when not deeply engrossed in his extensive reading list, Ben enjoys skiing, playing the guitar and fettling his mk3 MX5!


ARKADIUSZ BORTKO - VALETING & SUPPORT


Joining the team on a full time basis in 2015, Arak has a vast amount of technical experience working on various machinery from Kias to tanks! Having moved from Poland in 2007, Arak heads up our valeting and detailing of our cars along with supporting our workshop team on various technical tasks. Outside of work, Arak enjoys working on cars, socialising with friends, football, classic Mercedes and of course, classic Aston Martins!

SIMON LUCK - DRIVER & SUPPORT


Simon joins us after a successful career in Logistics Management including 10 years with a national supermarket chain. Having had previous experience with chauffeuring roles, Simon now assists both the Sales and Service & Aftercare departments with collection and delivery requirements. When not ‘out on the road’, Simon assists both departments and the preparation of vehicles. Away from work Simon, enjoys travel, walking and watching his team Chelsea play, when the opportunity arises!

DAVID BICK - DRIVER & SUPPORT


David certainly knows his way around following a 40 year career in Distribution as a Transport planning manager. With considerable experience ‘behind the wheel’, David now assists the team in the collection and return of customers vehicles and various other support duties when not on the road! David keeps himself fit, enjoying Yoga, swimming, cycling and walking and is green fingered. Visitors to Essendonbury Farm can admire David’s hard work in keeping our extensive landscaping looking sharp!
