Having started out in the motor trade in 1969, Nicholas joined Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd in 1976 and progressed to being a key member of the company’s management team. Having left Aston Martin in 1991 he went on to form Nicholas Mee & Company Ltd in South Kensington, London before expanding the business into its current location. Apart from his business, Nick’s other interests include tennis, motorsport, cinema and reading.


In addition to previously working for the BAR Honda F1 Team, Neal also enjoyed a stint as Commercial Manager at Aston Martin Racing, where he was involved in the commercial activities of the successful ‘works’ team and sales of the DBR9 and DBRS9 GT racing cars. Having joined Nicholas Mee & Co in 2008, Neal is responsible for the commercial operations of the company, including marketing, HR and finance functions. Passionate about all sports, Neal particularly enjoys motorsport, golf and cycling.



After completing his degree in Automotive Design, Ed worked for Volkswagen Group UK before his lifelong passion and association with Aston Martins lead him to Nicholas Mee & Co in 2011 to launch the company's new Brackenbury House showrooms. Ed is responsible for the purchase and sales of New Era and Heritage vehicles, also giving focus to NMC's marketing and media operations. Outside of work Edward enjoys motorsport, skiing and rugby.


Cary has a wealth of motor trade experience as a dealership accountant within the VW franchised dealer environment and is now the back office engine that keeps Nicholas Mee and Company running, having responsibility for all Finance and HR functions. Outside of work Cary relishes time with family, walking, reading and escaping to her native West Country home when time allows.


Jon is equipped with 40 years of experience in the motor trade, during which time he has worked at some of the world’s most prestigious automotive marques, including Ford, Jaguar and Mercedes. Having spent the last 11 years working in the service department of the world`s oldest Aston Martin dealership, Jon is hugely knowledgeable with all Aston Martin cars. Jon now fulfils an important role within Nicholas Mee & Co as a key point of contact to our Service & Aftercare customers. Away from work, Jon’s interests include photography, motorsport and football.​


James joins the Nicholas Mee & Company team as our Parts Specialist, sourcing those routine service items as well as those elusive, hard to find parts. James previously served his technical apprenticeship as a Heritage Technician with Aston Martin Works in Newport Pagnell, going on to maintain and restore many of the Heritage models during his 5 years with the company. In his spare time, James enjoys fitness and competing in ‘Ironman’ triathlons and football.


With much experience on both Aston Martin and Jaguar models, our Senior Heritage Technician Roy, specialises in all aspects of mechanical work with particular emphasis on restoration and problem solving. Roy was also a key member of the Nicholas Mee Racing team. Away from the workshop his interests include football, water skiing, boats and Aston Martin V8s.


Having started his career by restoring an old Lagonda, Angus is delighted to return to the marque he most cherishes in his role of Technician at Nicholas Mee & Co. Angus has enjoyed a lengthy career with an involvement in a number of marques including MG / Rover and, with extensive auto electrics and auto diagnostic experience, Angus is happiest identifying and solving technical issues. When released occasionally from our workshops, Angus enjoys glider flying, scuba diving and travel.


Andrew is equipped with over 15 years experience on Aston Martins, during which time he has attended an intensive programme of factory courses leading to membership of the Aston Martin technicians guild and membership of the Aston Martin Automotive Technician Accreditation programme at diagnostic technician level. Andrew leads our New Era servicing operations. Andrew's hobbies include time trialling, mountain biking, fly fishing, and piano playing.


Leaving the sunny climes of Australia behind to further his career in the classic car industry, Stephen joins the team in the role of Technician. Having obtained his Automotive Mechanical Technology qualifications, Stephen gained his experience with an established classic car workshop in Australia, where he prepared and maintained various European Classic cars, including numerous Aston Martins. Stephen is regularly on his travels, discovering the UK and Europe and keeps fit by rowing. Just don’t mention the Ashes…


Arak is the man responsible for making both our sales cars and customers cars look great! Joining the team on a full time basis in 2015, Arak has a vast amount of technical experience working on various machinery from Kias to tanks! Having moved from Poland in 2007, Arak now is responsible for the valeting and detailing of our cars along with supporting our workshop team on various technical tasks. Outside of work, Arak enjoys working on cars, socialising with friends, football, classic Mercedes and of course, classic Aston Martins!


We are delighted to welcome Simon to the team who joins us after a successful career in Logistics Management including 10 years with a national supermarket chain. Having had previous experience with chauffeuring roles, Simon now assists both the Sales and Service & Aftercare departments with collection and delivery requirements. When not ‘out on the road’, Simon assists both departments and the preparation of vehicles. Away from work Hertfordshire native Simon, enjoys travel, walking and watching his team Chelsea play, when the opportunity arises!
