Just a quick email to thank you, Oliver and the team for the work you have recently done on my car. If you told me correctly, I think you said Johannes was really responsible for most of the work, especially the tuning and it is running so very well at the moment – so thank you and to you all – it is really appreciated as I never really see the people who do the work.
The car came back with a lovely deep shine and the wheels looked fabulous, I really never know how you get them so good – I cannot clean them as well as you – perhaps a lesson one day!!
Like all of the old cars they are a labour of love and there is always something to do….
Thank you and I now need to enjoy it whilst the good weather lasts.

This is to express my delight in receiving the Rapide S back in such outstanding condition. I have never had such a professional and personal service in the 4 years that I have owned the car.
From discussing the extent of the service required to handling an irritating whistle from the door mirror(s), something that two other garages had been unable to identify, let alone find a reason for, polish out Pigeon poop (amazing job), and bring to light previously unknown issues for addressing, your technicians have interpreted and followed up-on just what I had hoped. Moreover the clean left the vehicle pristine for collection, thank you.
Seeing many cars from day to day, it must be hard to maintain enthusiasm like this, but you and your guys certainly go the extra mile. I feel very fortunate to have the car but also to have you 30 minutes from home to pick-up the phone to, knowing that you can help provide the answer.

I can't heap on enough praise for this company! Booked my car in for a brake issue and MOT... to which was soon added a failed fan belt and they took it in their stride. I have found my new Go-To garage of choice.
Took my car to NM recently for some simple, routine service work and they excelled in every area. It’ll be a pleasure to use them more regularly once my manufacturer warranty expires. Their team are friendly, knowledgeable, very diligent and keen to help. They are also very competitively priced given their overheads/equipment/expertise is more comparable to that of a main dealer than an indy operating out of an industrial site.

I have today, and with much delight, had my refurbished car off-loaded here in London following its extended sojourn in the deep west country and subsequent 'rehabilitation' at your facility in Hatfield.
My purpose in writing to you today is simply to pass on my appreciation for, and commendation of, David Willoughby who guided me through the process expertly. It's worth expressing these things, and giving credit where it is due. I'm aware that I am an anxious customer at the best of times and David's patience and ready advice were of great assistance to me.

We are all too quick to moan and complain but I would like to thank you for the way the DB5 is running and also for the work that you did over the winter.
Its running superbly well and so silky smooth that it is a real joy to drive - it's been tuned so well and I notice the difference. Please thank the guys - I would like to know who does what, please so when I next meet them I am more conscious of their involvement in my car. Even down to the person who has kindly given it such a good polish, the wheels too!!

I purchased my 2011 DBS Volante from Nicholas Mee & Co over two years ago and they have looked after it ever since.

Drive back was great as traffic good. The car is sublime. So much power compared to even my old Vantage V12 manual. What a superb car. Very pleased. The manual configuration will take some getting used to but definitely part of the pleasure. Awesome wee beasty!
