Nicholas Mee & Co is pleased to announce the further expansion of our in-house Electronic Engineering department, with the introduction of a specialist Aston Martin VH Platform Rear Lamp Exchange & Repair Service, available through our dedicated parts division, Aston Store.
As Aston Martin VH platform models continue to mature, the availability of certain original electrical components is becoming an increasing challenge for owners and specialist workshops. Rear lamp assemblies are one such example, with some versions now obsolete or increasingly expensive to replace.
Our new exchange programme offers an alternative to sourcing new replacement units, providing owners with access to refurbished rear lamps supported by our experienced in-house engineers.
The service is available for selected rear lamp assemblies fitted to the following models:
Customers can purchase a refurbished replacement rear lamp through Aston Store before returning their existing unit for inspection. A £200 refundable surcharge is included in the purchase price, subject to the original lamp being returned within 14 days of ordering and assessed as suitable for refurbishment.
All refurbished lamps are supplied in fully functioning condition, with a six-month warranty. The service is currently available to UK customers only.
This latest development follows the introduction of our Aston Martin Seat Module Repair Service earlier this year and represents another step in expanding the specialist repair capabilities available at Nicholas Mee & Co.
Working alongside our established Service & Aftercare department, our Electronic Engineering team continues to develop practical solutions for electrical components that are becoming increasingly difficult to replace.
Our objective remains to support the continued maintenance and preservation of Aston Martin models, providing owners with specialist expertise and repair solutions wherever possible.
