Built by the renowned Italian manufacturers Agostini Auto of Ravenna, Italy. Constructors of 1-1.5 scale Italian exotic child’s cars.

Built on a tubular steel structure and powered by a mid-mounted 4-stroke 300cc petrol engine, by Briggs and Stratton, fitted with automatic transmission plus reverse gear. Faithfully proportioned the body, fabricated in Kevlar re-enforced glass fibre (Vetrorosina), faithfully reproduces the much-admired Ferrari 308 GTS, Leonardo Fioravanti / Pinin Farina design.

Finished in Rosso Corsa, the interior is trimmed in Black hide with grey carpeting and is fitted with a period Momo leather trimmed steering wheel.

Manufactured with independent front and rear suspension with hydraulic damping, hydraulically operated disc brakes, electric starting and lighting equipment, this exquisite example of the ultimate child sized 1-1.5 scale 308 GTS, is in full working order and has been kept in excellent condition by its previous owners, including at one time being owned and shown by the renowned Patrick collection, at the former Patrick Motor Museum in Birmingham.

Number 20 of a limited production run, this highly detailed and faithful 1 -1.5 scale car, with opening doors, engine cover and bonnet, has been road tested by our own resident tester on private roads, who confirms the spirited performance and fully functioning condition of this collector’s item. An ideal addition to any Ferrari or exotic car collection and a potential front runner in competitive Junior car events, by virtue of weighing just 300 Kg’s and being powered by a spirited 11 hp petrol engine.

Undoubtedly produced as a labour of love from the Italian manufacturers Agostini Auto’s, shortly after producing this exceptionally detailed GTS, Agostini introduced into production a considerably less detailed and less expensive product, which should not be confused with this earlier, highly detailed and hand crafted 1 1.5 scale facsimile, bearing an astonishingly detailed likeness to the hugely successful line of Ferrari 308 GTB/S sports cars.

This inspired and delightfully detailed collector’s item is available for viewing now at our Hertfordshire showrooms.

Finished in Quantum Silver over Obsidian Black Semi Aniline (Q Exclusive) Balmoral leather, we are pleased to welcome this superb DBS back to the showroom.

Replacing the first generation Vanquish as the flagship of the Aston Martin range in 2007, the DBS is a significant model in the history of Aston Martin. Not only being, at the time, the most capable high performance GT model Aston Martin had produced, with 510bhp, a stiffer chassis and carbon ceramic brakes providing awesome stopping power, but also the DBS was to play a starring role in ‘Casino Royale’, the 007 movie that provided Daniel Craig his debut as our favourite secret agent, firmly putting the model on the map and providing dealers worldwide with full order books at launch. Interestingly, Aston Martin went on to build just over 2,500 DBS’ (354 of those being finished in Quantum Silver) before production ceased in 2012.

First registered in April 2011, in 2+2 and ‘Touchtronic 2’ specification. Optional extras chosen include; Bang & Olufsen Beosound audio system, Piano Black fascia trim, garage door opener with auto dim mirror, polished alloy door tread plates and 10 spoke Diamond Turned wheels. Latterly, the fascia panel has been upgraded with glass buttons and an Alcantara steering wheel has been fitted by its previous owner in 2019, at not insignificant cost. The original wheel can be refitted to the car if that is the preference of its next custodian.

Having been serviced annually by Aston Martin agents and ourselves since 2022, we can confirm that this example is in the highest quality throughout.

With the best DBS examples now being highly sought after by the Aston Martin enthusiast community, with many suggesting that the purposeful yet timeless styling of the model thus far yet to be bettered, we would go as far as saying there now is the perfect ‘Time to Buy’!

Supplied freshly serviced, to manufacturers schedule, with 12 months MOT, 12 months warranty, along with a custom fit Aston Martin car cover, Aston Martin battery conditioner and model relevant cherished registration number.

Classically specified, fully optioned, low mileage and much cherished!

We are delighted to offer to market, this exceptional ‘collector grade’ example of the famed Aston Martin V12 Vantage 6-Speed manual.

This model remains, for enthusiasts, a milestone of Aston Martin production, with an analogue feel, animalistic instincts, strong residual values and eminently sensible maintenance costs, we can fully understand the considerable appeal!

With just over 300 of the 510 bhp 6-speed manual Vantages built for the UK market, it has proven to be quite possibly the most in demand Aston Martin at present and has firmly established future classic status.

This superb, possibly unrepeatable example is offered to market having had just one marque enthusiast owner from new. Having been much cherished during its single ownership, our pre-sale inspection findings confirm this exemplary car to be in a virtually ‘unmarked’ condition throughout. Annual servicing and maintenance has been carried out without regard to cost, and as such, the car now boasts a very impressive history record with a 12 AM main agent service stamps on file, and every corresponding invoice.

This collectors and or enthusiasts dream V12 Vantage 6-Speed Manual was supplied by Aston Martin Hatfield and first registered in September 2011. Supplied to its next custodian owner inclusive of its next scheduled service, with 12 months MOT, 12 months warranty, a custom fit indoor car cover, battery conditioner, history folder, a full complement of keys and 4 brand new Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tyres!

With the V12 Vantage 6-Speed Manual being a team favourite, and with this particular car presenting in a condition that is increasingly hard to come by, we would advise perspective buyers register their interest with haste.

PS: If there was a car we could keep, this is it!

Finished in Oynx Black over Obsidian Black Caithness leather hides with Spicy Red accents and complimented by the Black convertible hood, we are delighted to offer to market this superb, low mileage and highly specified example of the ‘last of the line’ DB9 GT Volante.

The DB9 GT, revealed in June 2015, in Coupe and Volante form, was described by Aston Martin as the ‘ultimate incarnation of the DB9’ with the car representing the end of the run of one of the marque’s most successful models and packed with numerous cosmetic and performance enhancements. To consider the DB9 GT as a simple ‘run out model’ is a gross simplification. The combination of the numerous additions and refinements, complimenting the many years improvement and refinement the DB9 model received, all add up to a highly pleasing ownership experience.

The 2017 Model Year example we are now pleased to offer is one of just 269 built, with just 86 for the UK RHD market.

In addition to the standard luxurious DB9 GT Volante specifications, notable optional extras specified on this example include; Obsidian Black alcantara steering wheel, Red brake calipers, full length Piano Black fascia trim and Piano Black interior trim pack, GT logo headrest embroidery, Aston Martin 700W Premium audio, Black textured tailpipe finishers, Carbon fibre gloss mirror caps, GT Engraved Fuel Filler cap, Carbon side strakes, Carbon tail lamp finishers, Black side window finishers and attractive 5 spoke gloss black diamond turned wheels. A full build specification is available by request.

Supplied by Aston Martin Reading and first registered in November 2016, servicing has been carried out at Aston Martin main agents and most recently ourselves in June 2025. With less than 10,000 miles covered, our pre-sale inspection confirms the vehicle to be in superb, virtually unmarked condition, throughout.

Included with the car is a bespoke DB9 custom fit car cover, full complement of keys, owner’s manual, history file, battery conditioner, wind deflector and 12 months warranty.

A superb, highly specified, low mileage, low owners’ example of one of Aston Martins most accomplished models of recent times.

1996 ASTON MARTIN V8 COUPE

Finished in Buckinghamshire Green with Magnolia and spruce green Connolly hide interior, with burr Walnut finishers. Equipped with 4 speed automatic transmission and optional sports exhaust.

A superb, low mileage and factory maintained example of the rare and highly acclaimed V8 Coupe. Delivered and first registered when new to Aston Martin Mayfair in November 1996, this exceptional car was retained for 5 weeks as a demonstration vehicle, before being purchased by and delivered to it’s first private owner in December 1996 with 250 miles recorded.

Enjoying the car for some 20 years, whilst covering only 18,000 miles, servicing and maintenance was carried out exclusively by Aston Martin Works in Newport Pagnell for the first private owner, prior to our purchase and resale of the car in 2017.

Successively maintained and serviced by Aston Martin Works and ourselves, for the subsequent two owners, the mileage covered to date is just 22,500 miles in total.

With 3 private owners from new, this exceptionally well presented and maintained example of the V8 Coupe, one of the last hand-built Aston Martin models manufactured at the Newport Pagnell manufacturing facility, is in exceptional condition in all respects and is a credit to the cherished ownership and comprehensive maintenance regime, extended to this car.

With less than 70 right hand drive examples built, the V8 Coupe offers a relaxed, comfortable and rapid Grand Touring experience, at a fraction of the cost of its supercharged big brother, the V8 Vantage V550. Sharing the same chassis and suspension architecture as the Vantage V550, the less complex nature of the V8 Coupe’s normally aspirated V8 engine, producing a healthy 350 bhp with 370 ft lbs of torque, propels the car to a top speed of 155 mph, whilst being less costly to maintain and fuel.

Equipped with superbly comfortable Connolly hide covered 8-way heated electric seats, climate control, ABS and air bag safety features, cruise control and ample stowage which, when combined with the plentiful power from the 5.3 litre engine and reassuring reserves of handling and road holding, give the driver a compelling combination of classic and contemporary GT motoring.

Included with the car is an extensive history file which includes the originally supplied owners handbook with fully stamped service record pages, continuous MoT certificates from 1999 onwards, all service and maintenance invoices, former keeper V5 registration documents and a copy of the original sales invoice when new, issued by Aston Martin Mayfair.

Supplied freshly serviced, MoT tested, prepared to our usual exacting standards and inclusive of 12 months warranty, the original factory supplied vehicle tool kit and spare keys.

Available for viewing and demonstration now at our Hertfordshire showrooms.

2004 ASTON MARTIN DB AR1 #001 of 099 – LHD

A fantastic, unrepeatable opportunity for any collector or enthusiast of the Aston Martin marque, this DB AR1, car 001 of just 99 produced, finished in the iconic colour of Aston Green over soft white hides and in immaculate condition, as befits just 939 miles from new.

Rekindling the long-standing association between the marque and Zagato of Milan, in 2003, Aston Martin unveiled the DB7 Zagato. This very special coupe was built as a strictly limited production run of only 99 cars, all of which were quickly sold. Due to homologation problems, the DB7 Zagato was not offered to the US market. To satisfy the demand created by the coupe a special ‘roadster’ version was styled by Zagato, using the standard DB7 Volante chassis to overcome type approval issues. Called the ‘DB American Roadster 1’ (DB AR1) the open model was built after the coupe and in fact final assembly was completed at the new Gaydon plant alongside the first DB9’s.

Again, just 99 cars were built, cementing the model as one of the marque’s rarest and most unique models. With distinctive coachwork, the DB AR1 was conceived for American market, however a very small number were supplied to the European market.

The DB AR1 used the standard 6.0 litre V12 from DB7 Vantage with Touchtronic transmission, capable of powering the car to 184 mph. Styling was very similar to DB7 Zagato with the same large grille and twin cowls behind the front seats tapering into the trunk lid, echoing the design cues of the ‘double bubble’ roof design from the coupe. Designed with a sunnier climate in mind, the DB AR1 had no roof or hood covering at all – just a simple rain cover to protect the leather interior when parked.

The example we are now delighted to offer, is particularly special, being number 001 of the 99 produced. First supplied new to the USA, via Aston Martin Agents in Dallas, Texas, in 2004, this car was imported to the UK in 2014, where it resides today. Enthusiast owned whilst in the UK and proudly entered into previous AMOC Concours Events.

Finished in Aston Green over Soft White hides, the car is complete with its tailored indoor car cover, battery conditioner, original DB AR1 book (signed by Carroll Shelby), leather bound history file, roof cover and two Aston Martin umbrellas. A model relevant cherished number plate also accompanies the car.

Offered in immaculate condition, having covered a mere 939 miles from new, this rare and beautiful car is ready to be enjoyed on the open road, or to grace any collection.

Available now at our Hertfordshire showrooms.

This exceptional and well developed DB2 is one of 8 cars originally imported to Sweden in period. Owners of DB2’s in the territory included HRH Prince Bertil of Sweden, who at one time owned a DB2 DHC. Secured by the last long-term owner in 1986, when aged just 18, this true survivor has been totally restored, over an 8-year period during the 2000’s, by renowned Aston Martin racing specialists Rex J Woodgate at their Silverstone based workshops.

A total interior re-trim in highest quality hides, along with the fitment of semi-competition touring seats and for safety, a hide trimmed half roll-over cage and competition type seat belts.

The rebuilt engine, now to DB3S 3.0 litre specifications, is fitted with an aluminium cylinder head, strengthened internal components, including Carillo con rods, forged pistons and equipped with a triple set of Italian made 45 DCOE Weber carburettors. Dynamometer tested and producing a very healthy 220 BHP, almost double the output of the original production engines. Chassis upgrades include the fitment of disc brakes to the front axle and a later specification strengthened rear axle and revised final drive ratio. Lowered and uprated road springs, improved dampers and revised geometry settings have also been applied, to help optimise both ride quality and steering feel. Finishing touches include fitment of optional Italian manufactured Borrani alloy rimmed spoke wheels, a recessed quick release fuel filler and dashboard mounted rally timing clocks.

This exceptional example of the light weight DB2, fitted with a highly effective range of upgrades, substantially adding to the standard DB2’s performance and comfort, is best described as being to ‘Fast Road’ specifications.

Well chronicled, the restoration file contains full descriptions and invoices of the works completed by the highly skilled and experienced, restoration and race preparation experts at Rex J Woodgate’s workshops. Also, within the history file is a copy of the manufacturers build data sheet and a large quantity of correspondence, conducted during the restoration project.

Highly eligible for nearly all current international historic road & rally events, such as the popular Hero-ERA Rally Events and Mille Miglia, this beautifully finished and extremely competent DB2 is available for the first time in almost 40 years, has been expertly developed with well-established upgrades and restored to perform, with the highest standards of power, braking and road holding, comfort, body fit and finish, obtainable from the groundbreaking DB2. A model which in period, elevated the Aston Martin brand from relative obscurity to international recognition in motor racing.

Introduced in 1950, The new Aston Martin DB2 was the first production Aston Martin to be equipped with the new 6 cylinder twin overhead cam engine, originally designed and engineered by W.O. Bentley, which powered the three famous VMF 63, 64 and 65 registration numbered DB2’s. In mildly modified form the team cars were raced in 1950 and 1951, obtaining class wins in the famed Le Mans 24 hr endurance races. With a quoted kerb weight of just 1,111 Kg’s, the DB2 is as renowned now as it was in period, for its light weight, controlled road holding and agile handling, all factors which no doubt contributed to the model’s period success in motor sport.

Remaining on Swedish title and sparingly used in more recent years, by its marque enthusiast owner, maintenance has been carried out by Scandanvia’s leading specialists. The car remains in superb condition throughout and will be supplied freshly serviced, fully prepared and ‘on the button’ ready to be enjoyed by its next custodian.

On show and available for viewing now, at our Hertfordshire showrooms.

A well documented history file demonstrates the total mileage, to date, to be just 67,000 miles, just shy of 1,200 miles per annum.

With concours history and an extremely well chronicled history file, there is much to appreciate and admire about this unspoiled and superbly driving DB6, for its next custodian owner to enjoy, whilst becoming part of the next chapter in preserving this evocative and most practical Aston Martin, built during the golden era of hand built production at Newport Pagnell. Whilst in the same ownership for some 23 years, this exceptional and important 1980’s supercar has been enjoyed on public roads and for occasional tours, including runs to Le Mans on multiple occasions. Temporarily imported to the owner’s home in New Zealand between 2011 & 12, chassis 20011 received a cosmetic restoration to the highest standards by renowned restorers Auto Restorations Ltd of Christchurch, NZ before being returned to the UK.

More latterly 20011 has been entered and displayed in prestigious concours events, including the famed Concorso d’Eleganza in 2016, held within the beautiful Villa d’Este, on the shores of Lake Como. That year the car was appropriated by Aston Martin themselves, to accompany the first public viewings of the new Vanquish Zagato editions. The V8 Vantage Zagato - Background

Step back to the mid 1980’s, when the motoring world saw the dawning of a new type of car, soon to be known as the Supercar. Porsche, in 1986, introduced the phenomenal 959, a technical masterpiece of immense performance and technical wizardry, initially a homologation special for Rallying, Ferrari the 288GTO, a beautiful and fitting tribute to the original GTO’s of the 1960’s and an forerunner of the iconic F40 to come later. Aston Martin, not wishing to be left behind in the Supercar race, were also keen to introduce a lightweight and aerodynamic hi-performance version of their trusted 390 bhp V8 Vantage, often referred to as Britain’s first Supercar.

Turning to former partners, the fabled Italian Zagato design house, who with Aston Martin had built the legendary DB4GT Zagato, a lightened and higher performing derivative of the DB4GT, intended for international sports car racing in the early 1960’s.

The result of the collaboration, first shown in 1985, was the V8 Vantage Zagato, announced with 432 bhp and acceleration of 0 - 60 mph in under 5.0 seconds. A top speed of 190 mph was quoted. Limited to just 50 production cars the V8 Vantage Zagato is the just second and was the last Aston Martin product, to have been styled by and built by the artisan draughtsmen and craftsmen at Zagato’s facilities in Milan, before their manufacturing base was closed down.

The aerodynamically tested and purposeful body design, divided opinion when launched, although defied critics, with its now ‘supercar’ performance. The simple measure of re-distributing and reducing the total weight of the car by circa 10%, improved all aspects of handling, road holding, braking and acceleration, along with the dramatic reduction of drag from the wind tunnel tested body. A 10% gain in engine power gave the Vantage Zagato the required performance to match its supercar peers.

Now, some 35 + years after the models launch, the 1980’s styling has matured and become visually appealing, for its period simplicity and lack of non-functioning body adornment, as well as the rarity of just 50 examples. With styling overtones of other successful 1980’s Italian styled sports cars, such as Maserati’s Bi-turbo and sporting Lancia’s Beta coupe models, the Vantage Zagato has earned its place, on the roll call of 1980’s Supercars.

Built in 1985 the historically important example we are pleased to offer, is an original pre -production prototype, effectively a production example but with a twist, as this car was never used for protoyping works. Built in 1985 the car was purchased by long term Aston Martin enthusiast Wensley Haydon-Baillie, his specification including being equipped with a fettled version of the ‘X’ Pack V8 engine, a leather trimmed half roll-cage fitted, whilst in build and subtle improvements, still evident in the car.

First registered in 1988 this strikingly presented, and very rapid example has also been fitted substantially improved front suspension and Brembo braking upgrades.

Finished in its original colours of Gladiator Red with Black hide interior, this example chassis 20011, is supplied fully serviced to date and with a comprehensive service history file, Concours documentation books and badges, the original bound owners handbooks and service voucher booklet, original tools, vehicle jack and space saving spare wheel.

Description

Launched in 2011, in celebration of the 50th anniversary of a unique collaborative association between Aston Martin and famed Italian coachbuilder Zagato. An historic partnership, which first produced the iconic DB4 GT Zagato of 1960 and has, over a 60+ year period, produced a unique collection of high-performance Aston Martin cars, all in extremely small numbers, all with lighter weight than production variants and all with ‘trade mark’ distinctive Zagato body styling and interior features.

The V12 Zagato, clothed in lightweight hand formed aluminium and carbon fibre body panels, is sculpted with signature ‘double bubble’ rooflines and accentuated rear wheel arches, in true Zagato tradition. From the unique ‘Z’ pattern front grille to the rear wings and tailgate, diffuser and splitter’s, formed from carbon fibre, every aspect of the distinctive Zagato styling contributes to give the V12 Vantage a purposeful and menacing appearance, whilst reducing the car’s total weight, by circa 150Kg’s.

In total, just 61 V12 Zagato’s (including two pre-production cars) were manufactured and supplied to appreciative collectors and enthusiasts, with many now forming part of celebrated collections world-wide.
Using data supplied by the Aston Martin Heritage Trust, our research confirms this car to be one of only 18 right hand drive examples and the only right-hand drive car finished in Black.

The UK specified example, we are delighted to offer, finished in AML Carbon Black with Obsidian black semi-aniline hides, is fitted with optional sports seats, full gloss black road wheels, carbon fibre A-pillar finishers and door mirror caps, black textured exhaust tailpipes and black brake callipers.

Mated to a 6-speed manual transaxle and with significantly lower weight than its regular production brethren, overall performance in all respects, was lifted to a new and outstanding level.

With just 1,781 miles covered from new, the car being offered is in immaculate condition throughout and benefit’s from professionally applied, ceramic paint protection. First registered in the Channel Islands, if staying in the UK, Taxes will require payment prior to release for UK registration.

2019 ASTON MARTIN VANQUISH ZAGATO SHOOTING BRAKE #71 of 99

We are thrilled to offer to market, this sensational 2019 Vanquish Zagato Shooting Brake, finished in Scorching Black over Metallic Black hides with Spicy red contrast stitching and presented in ‘as new’ condition, as befits the mileage of just 27 miles from new!

Unveiled to great acclaim at the prestigious Monterey Car Week in August 2017, the Vanquish Zagato Shooting Brake was the then latest creation from the long-standing partnership with the Italian design-house, Zagato and which completed the quartet of Vanquish Zagato’s, alongside the Coupe, Volante and Speedster models.

The Vanquish Zagato Shooting brake production run was limited to just 99 cars worldwide, with 48 in right hand drive.

The Vanquish Zagato Shooting Brake was based upon Aston Martin’s highly successful Vanquish S model that utilised their VH chassis architecture, mated with a 6.0 litre V12 engine, in this model tuned to produce 595bhp, capable of propelling the car to a 0-60mph time of 3.5sec. Bodied entirely in Carbon Fibre, the Vanquish Zagato incorporates many of the design houses signature styling cues such as the ‘double bubble’ roof and large front grille, built with the exquisite ‘Z’ pattern. At the rear, the bladed LED lights provide a futuristic look.

Not only sublime to look at, the Vanquish Zagato Shooting Brake is also sensational to drive, courtesy of; the most powerful engine available, the lighter weight, as a result of the extensive use of carbon fibre, the 8-speed Touchtronic III ZF gearbox, adaptive damping and incredible stopping power from its Carbon Ceramic brakes.

The Shooting Brake is still a strict two-seater, but one conceived as an individual and exceptionally practical GT. The extended roof bears the iconic Zagato ‘double-bubble’ surfacing complete with glass inlays to let light flood into the cockpit.

This Villa D’Este Pack equipped example, #71 of 99, is specified with numerous optional extras including; Red brake calipers, black textured exhaust tailpipe finishers, full length twill carbon fascia trim, Shadow bronze/anodized Gold interior finish pack, One77 full leather steering wheel, carbon fibre roof panels, bronze side strakes, carbon fibre side fenders, Multispoke Shooting Brake Bronze tinted diamond turned wheels and Black side window finishers. A full build specification is available on request.

First registered in April 2019 and acquired by our client in October 2023, this car is in immaculate, ‘as new’ condition throughout as befits the ‘delivery’ mileage. Benefitting from annual servicing, at Aston Martin Main agents, this car will be supplied to its next custodian freshly serviced, with 12 months MOT and 12 months warranty.

Supplied with all keys and owner’s manual and original umbrella.

When considering an original purchase price of over £600,000 and given the depreciation curve followed by previous limited edition Zagato Aston Martin models, combined with the inflationary effect on prices of new Aston Martin models, this car may well now represent superb value.

One of the most dramatic cars of the last decade, very sensible to own and maintain and likely to become a highly collectible. A fitting way to end the glorious VH chassis platform / V12 engine era.

Available for viewing now at our Hertfordshire showrooms.
