The Aston Martin V8 Vantage first appeared in 1977 and remained in production until 1989, before reappearing as a high-performance version of the Virage in 1993.
However, you can’t keep a good car down – and so 1999 saw the release of the DB7 Vantage while 2005 heralded a new-generation V8 Vantage. In 2018, the car remerged once more, this time with new turbocharged engines.
