CTR Events - Le Mans 24 Hrs Party invitation
The CTR Events team is looking forward to welcoming revellers to its Friday night party on Friday 11th June – the eve of this year’s Le Mans 24hr race.
This year’s Le Mans 24hr is promising to be a cracker. Following Aston Martin’s 4th-place finish in 2009 – where the team was the fastest of the petrol-powered entries – Aston Martin Racing will enter two works Lola-Aston Martin LMP1 cars in the 2010 endurance classic.Competition for these Gulf Oil-liveried, V12-powered coupés will be stiff as the confirmed entry list also contains no less than four 908 HDi Peugeots and three Audi R15 TDIs. Excitement will be further heightened by a number of ex F1 stars competing, most noteably ‘our Nige’ (plus two Mansell juniors) piloting the Mansell LMP1 entry.- The CTR party will again be held at the Gîte de la Ferme, conveniently located in Ruaudin just 2km from the circuit entrance.
- Champagne reception and informal barbeque, followed by live music and entertainment provided by a great band Cheques in the Post.
- Last year CTR welcomed over 200 guests on the Friday night, including appearances by race teams, competing drivers and Aston Martin VIPs.
- Admire a display of the finest Aston Martins from the last 50 years, including some very special Aston Martin racers.
- Informal awards presentations for CTR participant cars.
Organised by CTR Events for Nicholas Mee & Co.
